Scaffold Boards Pain Ends are popular used in scaffolding pipe system, industrial and suspended scaffolding tube clamp.
Scaffold boards is also called metal deck foor plates with holes for anti-slip purpose.
There are GI type metal decks, hot dip galvanized scaffold planks and painted scaffold boards.
Scaffolding planks with hooks are always used in system scaffold of ringlock, cuplock, kwikstage etc.
Scaffold Planks steel profile thickness include 1.0-2.5mm
Usage
In constrcution, the plain end scaffold boards is also used as toe board scaffolding side protection, fixed by toe baord clamps.
Scaffold boards should be fixed by scaffolding board clamps in construction safety or hanging by steel wires GI .
Standard
According to scaffold boards loading, there are class 1-5 construction platform conform to standard EN12811.
Wellamde Scaffold Boards are tested by 3rd party SGS according to EN1004, EN12811, EN BS1139.
It is also tested and certified by Melbourne Testing House confirm to AS1577 standard, safety using in kwikstage australian construction.
All scaffolding products, scaffold boards and planks are produced according to CE requirement in welding of EN1090 and ISO3834. Thus, WMS Brand scaffold boards are CE Marking products to Europe.

300 x 50mm walk perforated steel scaffold board,produced to Nigeria for their Oil Gas construction projects. This type of Scaffold Board is compatible with all system scaffolding and scaffolding tube fittings.
The Scaffold Board can be with hooks or without hooks. Scaffold Board without hooks is fixed by scaffolding board retaining coupler or steel wires.
