FFXIV: Fans of Endwalker can tune to ten ether currents in Thavnair. However, part of the map cannot be accessed until later in the main story.

Thavnair is one of the new areas introduced in the Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker expansion pack. Players who wish to fly across their land need to coordinate with all ether streams in the area. A total of ten currents can be found, and the other five can be obtained by completing specific side tasks. However, players should note that in this specific location of Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker, they cannot access all the ether currents in Thavnair until the main story is completed, because a large part of the map will be temporarily inaccessible.

Suppose fans of Endwalker are having trouble locating the ether stream. In this case, they can always use their Ether Compass, which is a useful tool that players get in the Heavensward extension to find the approximate distance of nearby water currents. Although the compass used to be stored in the player’s key item list window, patch 6.0 has moved it to the favorites menu. Assign it to the Hotbar slot for easy access.

Thavnair's first Aether Current position in FFXIV: Endwalker can be found near Night's Watch near X: 27.5, Y: 30.9. It sits under a large leafy plant, near the cliff between two boulders. The next current is east of Akyaali, along a small ridge at X:17.9, Y:32.2. Finally, the third ether stream is located in a roofless, dilapidated building located at X:12.0, Y:10.2 in the north of Perfume Heights, west of the Hamsa Hatchery.

Players can adjust to another current at the top of the map around X: 20.5, Y: 7.2. To access it, follow the wooden ramp on the left side of the camp in Final Fantasy XIV, then go to the right, past all the scaffolding. The drop turns off the water to reach the current. At X: 23.3, Y: 12.5, north of Pavana's Remorse, players can find another ether flow on top of the rock formation. At X: 23.8, Y: 14.5 almost immediately southward, you can find nearby water floating above the pond.

To the east of the Shroud of the Sangha at X:32.4, Y:18.3, a stream of ether is suspended on some boulders. The other water stream at X: 27.3 and Y: 29.9 is located true north of the first location, although on the other side of the map, behind a few damaged logs. Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker players can find the next current in Thavnair behind the western wall of the Mayan Spring at X: 22.5, Y: 25.1. Finally, an etheric current overlooks the cliff east of The Perfumed Rise at X:19.1, Y:15.6.
