Hallandale Beach, Fla.-On Wednesday, rescuers were bringing two workers back to safety after a scaffold on the side of an apartment in South Florida collapsed.
WSVN 7News reported that the collapse occurred on a worker on the side of an apartment building in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Fire and Rescue Team, the workers were hung from scaffolding on seven floors.
The platform was suspended on the top of the building, but it appeared to have partially failed.
A board member of the Homeowners Association told WSVN that these people are repairing the building as part of a multi-million dollar project.
