On Wednesday, the scaffold partially collapsed, causing two workers to dangle outside a high-rise apartment building on Hallandale Beach. Two workers were rescued.

According to reports, the incident occurred in the 1950 S. Ocean Boulevard building.

The footage shows fire rescuers descending from the roof of the building to the workers, while firefighters provide assistance from a bucket truck and the balcony of an apartment building.

The Broward, Florida Sheriff's Fire and Rescue Officer said they responded to the building at about 3 pm to rescue workers who were lifted by safety belts.

One worker was lowered safely and the other was rescued by a bucket truck.
